New Moderator, and RTB Forum Closing Down

Seeing as how Ephi is about to get rid of the RTB forum (about fucking time that shithole was removed), I recommend any non-banned members of the site lightly advertise Brick Mania so it can gain more members when RTB dies. Along with this, though, we could use a new moderator to make sure the sudden onrush of new members does not get out of hand.
