Zombie Survival; Updated! (Added in spawns. Thanks, Jeepa Da Creepa!) / Beta Release Full Release!; [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Note: Ok, here's how this shit goes together. The zombies spawn and try breaking through the bricks, after a certain period of time, the controller will allow the zombies to break through (Green Brick) & the players have to fend them off. Players use their time to choose weapons and prepare a strategy. There, now you know.




Add-ons needed: Truenos' Colorset (The 1st), Rotondo's Gamemode_Zombie, set_Checkpoint mod, playerTransform mod, and a few of your own choice weapons that you can add to the blue bricks on the inside.

NOTHING WILL BE UPDATED AS OF 7/26/2010.

Not to bad, but just a little plain. I suggest addin a little more features.

Could you host a server with the new released Zombie Survival? I would like to see how it runs. BTW, I use Chicago time.

EDIT: Yes, I know it's plain, this is just kind of my first Event & Build project. And I wanna see how it turns out.

EDIT2: Also, I failed the Castle, 'cause it didn't seem like it was going anywhere. (I need to work on multi-tasking. )

Do you know of any way to allow me to add in a spawn without raising the roof?

Well for the following code you will have to have PlayerTransform, and Checkpoints.
Make a little 2x2 plate or whatever for your spawn, then make a real spawn somewhere hidden, and put this code on it.
(Highlight the codes)

Code:

OnPlayerTouch>NamedBrick>Spawn>SetPlayerTransform>Relative [] [X]

Then put this code on the 2x2 plate

Code:

OnPlayerTouch>Self>SetCheckpoint

The code does not show up. Show it in regular format, please.

Yes.

Well just use your normal code for setting a checkpoint, all checkpoint event mods are different.

I like what you're going for, but the builds are kind of bland. The castle's design is boxy and basic, and needs more scenery. The zombie survival thing is a creative idea but kind of small. You're getting there.

Maybe it should be a barrier with "health" and the zombies keep battering at it until it falls apart and you can't hide anymore? And you can rebuild barriers if you hold the mouse button with a certain tool near a fallen barrier to repair it, after about 6 seconds or so...

Unfortunately, I agree with him. Maybe settle down the tone to "dislike"?
