Terrain Build - Desert
While on Pablo's server I made a small fortress containing treasure chests and gold coins. It was on two 48x48 baseplates, both of which were desert themed. I decided to make a larger version, in fact, a full terrain build of it. Here is the early version right behind the White & Nerdy SkullCandy.
An overhead view
The oasis (only watersource in map)
An improved version of the temple that started it all.
The six-house village. There are some crops next to the houses, as well as a small merchant's stall. Each house is fit for one or two people.
I'd like any feedback you have, but not too harsh, this isn't the official forum. I came here to get away from that crap. Also, I'm going to be making tundra-, forest-, and other different themed terrain builds. Suggestions are encouraged.
There are a ton of easter eggs in all of my terrain builds. I've shown you some in the pictures, but can you spot anymore? The build in total is 14482 bricks.

Re: Terrain Build - Desert
Thanks. I think it looks a bit too boxy, and I plan on using some ramps in the future.
By the way, I like the new forum layout

Re: Terrain Build - Desert
I can't say I love it, because then I would be lieing. I'll be honest.
I know it's a WIP, but it definitely needs more work. You need to make the terrain fit together.
Maybe later I'll post what I have completed so far of a terrain build. It's like a mesa, except with a "natural" cave formation inside it...with a few abandoned caves.
Btw, since I'm restricted from any sort of electronical entertainment whatsoever, I've made an entire script for part of a fishing RPG, including buying bait and having a 45% chance of capturing a crab from a river using 3 pieces of bait...I wub you variables
