I got BFBC2 at a massive hardware store, on the 3rd floor. There was a risk that it would be translated in Japanese since I was purchasing it from a counter in Tokyo, and that in order to confirm that it would be in English (which is my first language) I had to import it from another country, likely to be the states. I gambled with the clerk and took it, and then after being relieved when I tried it out at home a few days later, my friend told me that it wasn't translated in any other language. My mind was full of "Piss Piss Piss Piss DogPiss DonkeyBall Abortion."

I think it's for the Xbox as well.

I have it for the PS3, and the online mode works perfectly. Maybe your account is under-aged or you're having the same problem as a lot of people, the solution of which I do not know.
Does it say "You are restricted from online play due to parental control restrictions?" I got that message a few times, so I made a new account called "Zedilius" aged 19 .
