Spelunky is a game that focuses on resources management, chooses (not heavy ones, more like shooting a shopkeeper and having to deal with the long-term consciences later on or not.) and life preservation.


The game takes place in a randomly generated cave, (Random generation seems to be a new trend these days.)the goal is to get to the bottom without dying. Due to random generation, this could require luck, and skill. The game gets progressively harder the further down you go. If you die, you have to start from the beginning. Collecting the good items is mainly archived through 2 ways, buying off the shop keeper, or killing him. (Very difficult and requires a lot of focus. But you get to keep everything in the store. However, shopkeepers in any other store will attack you on sight, and there will be an aggressive shopkeeper at the end of every level. [Did I mention that they have shotguns that instant kill you if one pellet hits you?])


Its defiantly a game worth checking out, especially because its free!
