These Graphic Plugins should fix any problems with patching issues in games such as wall glitches and invisible walls, players, ect.
Extract the .zip to the plugins folder of your n64 emulator. The patches include:

Jabo Direct 3D 8 and 6
Rice Daedalus Graphics
And Multiple Sound Plugins
