Pink Floyd is my most favorite band ever. They began as a psychedelic rock group in the 60s but evolved into a progressive rock band from the 70s through the 90s.
They wrote an album called Dark Side of the Moon. Never heard of it? You may recognize its album cover.
It is the second best selling album in history, and stayed on the album charts for fifteen discontinuous years. DSotM is their biggest album, and the one that made them famous. I like to use it as an introduction to the Floyd sound. Here are some of their best songs.
