Ok, here's the thing:
When someone is Banned BUT people don't know if there banned or not, The people that are Banned will be added to the "Banned" Section of the Rank (or Group), now making it for people to tell if there banned or not.
Discuss. (you don't have to if you don't want to)

Maybe consider labelling a person as 'banned' just like in the RTB forums if it already hasn't been added?
